Where do we deliver baits to?

  • United Kingdom Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands and UK Islands)
  • Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & UK Islands
  • European Union (Ireland, France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands)

Who will deliver your baits?

We use two methods of delivery to ensure you get your baits as quickly as possible. For low weight items under 1kg we will send you baits via the Royal Mail. For heavier items over 1kg we will send your baits via Interparcel Express.

How long will my baits be?

We aim to deliver all orders within 2 days.

For frozen baits all customers will be advised by phone of exact delivery date to ensure there is somebody on the premises to accept delivery.

For items sent via Interlink Express you can leave your mobile number as your main number of contact and Interlink will send you a text message on the morning of your delivery informing you of your delivery time slot.

For orders to the European Union we use a 2 day courier service.

Please Note: Due to packaging requirements we cannot send Frozen Fish Baits via the cheaper £2.95 delivery. Frozen fish will always be sent on a £6.95 delivery for orders under £50.

PLEASE NOTE: At present we do not ship Frozen Fish Baits to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, UK Islands or the European Union.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped you will receive an “Order Completed” email. This is your notification that your order has been processed and has been packed ready for collection on the same day.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of any order by logging into your account.

What if there is a problem with delivery?

As with all mail order companies Baits Direct is reliant upon third party delivery services. Whilst we endeavour to send your order to you as quick as possible, we are at the mercy of each delivery company to deliver your package to you in the time specified. We cannot be held responsible for a package that has arrived late due to error by the courier company used.
